This policy describes Demo Derby Mania for iPhone and iPad and this support website.
Game data stored on your device
The app saves preferences, challenge progress, earned in-game cash, and upgrade records on your device. It does not require a separate app account, and the game does not ask for your name, contacts, photos, or precise location.
iCloud sync
When available, the app uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync supported settings, progress, and garage data across devices using the same Apple Account. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy and your iCloud settings. The publisher does not operate a separate game-progress server or receive your Apple Account credentials.
Advertising
The app includes Google AdMob interstitial ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses (including an approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, advertising impressions and interactions, crash information, and performance diagnostics for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation. All ad requests use Google's child age treatment and general-audience ad-content limit. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission or allow advertising-ID tracking. These settings restrict personalized advertising and remarketing, while technical advertising and diagnostic data may still be processed. The advertising SDK may collect data even though the publisher does not run a separate analytics service.

Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address and the content you send. We use it to answer your request and maintain support correspondence. Avoid including unnecessary personal information. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the email below; records may be retained where needed to meet legal or security obligations.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until removed through your device's app or storage controls. Removing the app may leave synced iCloud records or backup copies. Manage iCloud and backups through Apple's settings and support resources. Synced records can restore data on other devices using the same Apple Account. Contact support for help with saved data.
This website
These static pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and access logs under its own policies. Email links open your chosen mail application.
Children and policy updates
The app is not offered as an Apple Kids Category app. It contains vehicle collisions and advertising. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information through the game. Parents should review device privacy controls and the advertising information above. This policy may be updated when the app's data practices change.
