Updated October 19, 2026 — Game Center update (version 1.0.2)
This policy describes the Full Throttle USA iOS game and its support website, provided by Chris Solomon. For privacy questions or requests, contact cjsolomon@midwestcmd.com.
Game progress stays on your device
The game stores your credits, owned cars, upgrades, selected car, race progress and preferences locally. Race replay data is used within the game session. There is no separate developer account, in-game chat or developer-operated game server. Optional Game Center features use your Apple Game Center profile. The game does not upload your saved garage or race replays to the developer.
Tilt steering uses motion input on your device to control the car. This input is not sent to the developer. The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location.
Optional Game Center features
If you choose Race Online or a leaderboard, Apple Game Center handles authentication, matchmaking, invitations and rankings. Your Game Center nickname and submitted race times can be visible to other players. The game does not ask you for your real name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts or a separate password.
During an online race, GameKit exchanges the controls and timing data needed to run the race, including gas, NOS, steering, shifts, car positions and the finish result, between the matched devices. The game does not send raw motion sensor readings, your saved garage, or race replays to the developer. There is no developer-operated multiplayer or presence database.
Pending best times and recent random match identifiers are stored on your device to retry score submissions and prevent duplicates. Those scores are separated by a local hash of Apple's game-scoped player identifier. The game does not persist opponents' nicknames in that queue. A hash remains account-associated data; it is not sent to a developer server.
You can turn off Game Center for this game in the online lobby and continue racing the computer. Apple manages Game Center profiles, submitted scores, visibility, invitations and retention under Game Center and Privacy. Turning the feature off or deleting this app does not itself erase scores already held by Apple; use Apple's account and privacy controls for that data. The lobby's recent matchmaking activity is an aggregate report from Apple, not a live list of players online.
Advertising and consent
The game uses Google AdMob to show ads between completed races, and Google's User Messaging Platform to handle applicable consent choices. Advertising services may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash, performance and diagnostic information. These services use this information to deliver and measure advertising, support analytics, prevent abuse and operate their services.
Ad data is handled by Google and its advertising service partners under their policies. Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps. The game does not request Apple's tracking authorization or access the IDFA advertising identifier. Other app-scoped identifiers and advertising data may still be processed.
Where required and available, a consent message appears before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices using Ad Privacy Choices in race setup. These choices and Apple's device privacy settings may affect the ads you receive. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Support messages
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request, investigate problems and maintain relevant support records. Share only what is needed. Support correspondence is kept as needed to address the request and related operational or legal obligations; you can request deletion by email.
This support website
This static support website is hosted on Cloudflare. It has no advertising, account system, contact forms or custom analytics. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Email links open your chosen email app.
Storage, deletion and your choices
You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app from your device. This may permanently remove your progress. Any device backup is managed through your Apple settings; the game does not provide its own cloud backup service. Advertising services manage their own retention under their policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information. Email the contact above for requests involving information held by the developer. For information handled independently by Google or Apple, use the privacy controls and request channels those services provide.
Children and third-party content
The game is intended for a general audience and is not designed as a children's service. It does not ask players for a name, birth date or other profile information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer, contact support so the matter can be addressed. Ads and linked services are provided by third parties.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes to the game or its data handling will be reflected here.
