About this policy
This policy describes the current Grow and Learn iPhone and iPad app, a learning game for ages 3 and up. It does not describe unrelated apps or future features.
Information stored on your device
The app stores learning progress and preferences, including voice selection, locally on your device. The developer does not receive these records. The app does not require an account and does not ask for a child’s name, email, location, photos, microphone access, or contacts.
Voices
The app uses Apple’s on-device speech system to read prompts aloud. It does not record your voice or upload your spoken responses. Optional system voices are downloaded through Apple Settings under Apple’s services and privacy practices.
Advertising and analytics
The App Store version does not show advertisements. Development builds contain labeled layout placeholders only. No Google Mobile Ads SDK, live ads, third-party analytics SDK, or advertising tracking is included. Ad-unit identifiers saved in development source do not load advertisements. If advertising is enabled in a future version, this policy and the relevant App Store disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
Children’s privacy
The developer does not collect children’s personal information through the game. Parents and guardians should manage optional system downloads and contact support on a child’s behalf.
Support correspondence
If you email support, your email address and the information you send are used to respond and resolve the request. Please do not send sensitive information about children. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing us; applicable legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
Your choices
You can change voice preferences within the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device; device backups and restored copies are managed by your Apple settings.
This website
These support pages have no custom analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or forms. The hosting provider may process normal connection information, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve and secure the pages. Apple separately controls App Store, device backup, and system voice services.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date.
Email cjsolomon@midwestCMD.com for support or privacy questions. Please have a parent or guardian contact us and avoid including a child’s name or other personal information.
