PRIVACY POLICY
Barnyard Races
Effective October 16, 2026 · Publisher: Chris Solomon
This policy covers Barnyard Races for iPhone and iPad and this public support website. The game is designed for families, including young children. We explain separately what stays on your device and what advertising services may process.
Game data on your device
The app stores earned virtual-coin balances, owned accessories, each animal's outfit and color choices, and supported game and audio preferences on your device. An app account is not required. The game does not ask for names, dates of birth, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location.
The publisher does not operate a server for game saves, and the app does not include a separate publisher-operated analytics service. Barnyard Races does not provide its own iCloud synchronization feature. Apple device backups may contain local app data, depending on your settings.
Advertisements and privacy services
Barnyard Races uses Google AdMob for interstitial advertisements between races and Google's User Messaging Platform for required advertising privacy messages and choices. Results are shown before the ad break. Ads are skipped when unavailable.
Before starting the advertising SDK, the app configures Google's child age treatment, the general-audience ad-content limit, disables ad personalization, and disables Google's publisher first-party ID. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission. These settings restrict advertising behavior; they do not mean that the advertising SDK processes no data.
Google's SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers subject to the configured restrictions, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or performance diagnostics. These may be used to serve and measure ads, operate services, and prevent fraud. Data handling can depend on region, device settings, and the ad being served. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's SDK data disclosures.
Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, the main menu displays “Ad privacy choices.” A parent or caregiver can use that control to review available options. Device privacy settings also apply. Privacy choices do not enable personalized advertising in this app.
Children and parents
The app does not include player messaging, public profiles, user-uploaded content, real-money accessory purchases, or an in-game request for a child's personal information. Advertising requests are configured for child age treatment rather than behavior-based personalization. Parents and caregivers should supervise advertising interactions and external links.
Please have a parent or caregiver contact support rather than sending a child's personal information. If you believe personal information about a child has been provided to the publisher, contact us so we can review the message and address a deletion request.
Support correspondence
If you email support, the publisher receives your email address and what you send. This information is used to answer the request and maintain necessary support correspondence. Do not include unnecessary personal information. You may request deletion by emailing the address below; some records may be retained where necessary for legal or security obligations.
Retention and deletion
Local saved data remains on your device until removed through app or device storage controls. Deleting the app may remove local saves; backup copies may remain in Apple backups. Manage backups through Apple's settings. The publisher cannot remotely delete or recover a local save. For information processed by Google or Apple, their controls and policies apply.
This website
These static pages contain no advertising scripts, analytics scripts, forms, or account system. The hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and server access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Email links open your chosen mail application; they do not send a message automatically.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated if the app or its data practices change. The effective date appears above. For privacy questions, support, or correspondence-deletion requests, a parent or caregiver can contact Chris Solomon at cjsolomon@midwestCMD.com.
